Morning: 1 cup coffee
3 egg omelet with 4 mushrooms and 1 cup spinach
1/2 cup milk
Mid Day: Rest of banana pudding from last night and 1 cup coffee.
Dinner:
4 oz Sirloin, Sauted Onions and mushrooms, green beans
2 cups milk
1 glass sweet ice tea
Late snack: 1 egg and 1/2 apple
