24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups
Modified
20 black band/jumping pullups
15 16" box jumps
20 push presses 22lb
3 rounds, plus 2 jumping pullups and 15 box jumps.
