Saturday 01/24/09

CrossFit Total

Back Squat 125 lbs
Shoulder press - 55lbs.  Tried 60 lbs but failed
Deadlift - 160lbs
Total -  340lbs

This is the first time I've ever done a back squat and it was really awkward. I spent a lot of time practicing dumping the bar before I tried any heavy weights.

My weight today was 178lbs.
