Rest Day

Today is my rest day.

My hubby Jerimiah had his first training class this morning. 6:00 am at CrossFit Tulsa!

No one showed but we are just more motivated to market him as a trainer and his am class.

4. KEEP THE CAMP IN ORDER

  • KEEP THINGS TIDY AND ORGANIZED
  • ARRANGE ENJOYABLE ACTIVITIES WHICH STRENGTHEN THE GROUP
  • MAKE SURE EVERYBODY DOES USEFUL WORK
  • CONSULT ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP FOR ADVISE
